A Love Story

How It Began

— ◇ —
2022

The First Meeting

Cristian and Jordan first crossed paths in New York while serving in the military. What started as a friendship quickly grew into something deeper — bonded by shared roots in South Carolina and the kind of easy connection that doesn't come around often.

2024

Making It Official

In October, Jordan asked Cristian to be his girlfriend when she visited him in Miami — and then proved he meant it by packing up and relocating to Kansas City just to be closer to her. Their days filled up with dinner dates, gym sessions, and the quiet joy of building a life side by side.

2025

The Proposal

Cristian and Jordan knew they were a perfect fit, enjoying each others presence, supporting each other through various journeys. Jordan proposed to Cristian during a Christmas cruise. Cristian claims he was too nervous and forgot to get on his knee. However, we are unable to validate this story.

Forever Begins

Surrounded by everyone they love most, Cristian and Jordan are ready to begin the greatest chapter of all. We are so glad you are here to witness it.

Our Wedding Vision

Colors & Tradition

— ◇ —
🌹

The Color Palette

Our wedding is draped in the rich, warm tones of Velvet Ganache — deep mulberry burgundy, dark chocolate ganache, warm champagne, and soft taupe. Think candlelight on velvet, roses at midnight, and the warmth of an autumn celebration.

The Charro Tradition

Our wedding party will be dressed in the stunning tradition of the Mexican Charro — ornate embroidered suits for the gentlemen and elegant Adelita-inspired dresses for the ladies. This is a celebration of heritage, love, and culture woven into every detail.

The Celebration

Expect an evening that moves between elegance and joy — formal toasts and candlelit dinner giving way to traditional Mexican dances, live music, and a celebration that honors both families. Come ready to dance.

Where We Celebrate

The Reception Venue

— ◇ —

Built in 1925 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the Curtiss Mansion is one of Miami's most beautiful hidden gems. Once the private home of Glenn Hammond Curtiss — aviation pioneer and founder of Miami Springs — the estate has been lovingly restored to its original grandeur and sits surrounded by lush tropical gardens in the heart of Miami Springs, Florida.

The property features eight distinct indoor and outdoor spaces — from a shaded tropical grove and romantic stone archway to an elegant courtyard and grand interior rooms. Our November evening celebration will move from ceremony to candlelit reception under the warm Miami sky. Guests traveling from out of town will find it conveniently located just minutes from Miami International Airport.

Spanish Dances

— ◇ —

A taste of the dances and music that will fill the evening. Our celebration honors the beauty of Mexican tradition — embodying the fire of traditional folk dances. Come ready to move.

Vibora de La Mar

A lively Mexican wedding tradition where guests form a long, dancing chain 'snake' that passes under an arch formed by the bride and groom, who stand on chair.

Baile de Dinero

A traditional reception activity where guests pay to dance with the bride or groom. Guests line up to pin cash onto the couple’s clothes, offering a moment of one-on-one time and a gesture of financial support for their new life together.

El baile de Ricky

El baile de Ricky

The traditional newlyweds' waltz — an elegant and emotional moment that marks the couple's first dance as husband and wife, surrounded by their court.
